Thank you Yacht Luxe Maison, especially the crew in Ms Eternity II that made our special day memorable! Despite the heavy downpour, the crew was superb, efficient and attentive to our needs. We and our guests have a wonderful time. Excellent service and well done!
We had the pleasure of celebrating a yacht party with Luxe Maison Private Limited yesterday, and I just wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience.
From the very first enquiry right through to the event itself, everything was smooth and hassle-free. A special thank you to Joanne, who was incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the planning process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and offered great suggestions that helped make the party exactly what we had envisioned.
The yacht was beautiful and clean and most importantly, everyone had an amazing time. The BBQ food served onboard was delicious, and the crew made sure we were well looked after throughout the trip.
A big shout-out to Captain Halda and his crew members. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. What we appreciated most was how they constantly looked out for our safety while ensuring we could relax and enjoy ourselves without a worry.
Thank you, Luxe Maison, for making our celebration such a memorable one. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking for a professional, enjoyable, and stress-free yacht charter experience.
Thank you once again to Joanne, Captain Halda, and the entire crew for your excellent hospitality and care. We left with great memories and happy hearts! 😊🚢✨
Made a last minute decision to book a yacht for my husband's birthday and the service provided was truly impeccable. Right from answering all my queries, accommodating 21 pax within a short period of time, assisting me with food, cake and decorations, the process was hassle-free. Replies from the team were also prompt, efficient and professional. Customer service was perfect! My guests of all ages had a wonderful and memorable evening. I would definitely recommend Yacht Luxe for a seamless experience!
We had the most wonderful experience with Yacht Luxe. Natasha was very responsive to every single query that was put forth to her, a number of times. We were provided with 6 options on our date and we picked Angel Island 51 for our group of 12. The time was pretty flexible and we changed it twice, deciding to leave at 4pm till 8pm. There is an option of adding more people on a 3 days notice.
We were greeted by the crew, Asad at Cold Storage Sentosa, and he helped bring our stuff to the yacht using his trolley, and then we were greeted there by Captain Yuda. The crew was extremely polite, helpful and very forthcoming. We all instantly felt at ease with them. They briefed us on the orientation of the rooms and safety checks.
Throughout the trip they offered to set up the table outside, bring our food out and in, carried the infant up and down the deck for safety, made sure all were wearing life jackets in the water and even mopped so it wasn't slippery for anyone. The sail was smooth and we were surprised with the amenities on board.
The kids really enjoyed the water activities, and kayaking and paddle board were also included in the package. Overall we loved it and got the confidence to come over with an infant. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this company.
Had an amazing experience with this yacht charter from start to finish. Joanna and Joe were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and patient in answering all our queries, which made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was well arranged before the trip.
A special shoutout to the crew onboard as well, they were super kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to our needs throughout the charter. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and they really contributed to making the experience memorable.
Excellent service, great communication, and a wonderful team all around. Highly recommend and would definitely charter with them again!
Our experience with Yacht Luxe has been amazing from the get go! Natasha was our coordinator and she did an amazing job responding to our queries and recommending a suitable yacht for our needs. That definitely sets them apart from others.
We got on Tulum 54 and it was beautiful and also very clean. The crew was also really friendly throughout the charter, paying attention to details and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
It was truly a relaxing, stress-free journey, perfect for a birthday getaway. Highly recommend Yacht Luxe to those looking for a memorable experience.
Booked a yacht for my birthday party and the booking process was really easy and smooth. They were really nice and friendly and were able to meet my price point. During the day itself, the crew were super friendly. They helped us to unload all our things onto the yacht and even helped us to clean up the area. The yacht we picked was very well maintained and clean. The water toys were fun as well and we had such a great time.
An unforgettable yacht experience from Yacht Luxe Maison. Our time on the yacht was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed with warm smiles and excellent service. The yacht itself was pristine, spacious, and luxurious, offering both comfort and elegance.
The crew went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, catering to our every need. We enjoyed breathtaking views, crystal-clear waters, and serene surroundings that felt like paradise. The onboard amenities, from lounging decks to entertainment options, added an extra layer of fun and relaxation.
What stood out most was the attention to detail, from allowing us to bring our prepared meals on board to personalized touches that made the entire experience feel so unique and special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly memorable getaway!
What an incredible experience we had with Yacht Luxe in Singapore! We chartered the Monaco 105 Yacht for a team gathering of approximately 30 members, and the entire process, from initial inquiry to the actual party, was seamless and truly exceptional.
Natasha at Yacht Luxe deserves a special shout-out for her outstanding customer service. She was consistently on point, responding quickly to all our questions and making us feel completely comfortable with every step of the booking. Her friendly demeanor and valuable recommendations were instrumental in making our event a huge success.
The Monaco 105 Yacht itself was a dream! It was impeccably clean, offered all the amenities we desired, and provided the perfect setting for our team. The four hours flew by, and the delicious food was exactly what we'd hoped for. The crew was also incredibly friendly, ensuring everyone felt welcome and well cared for.
For anyone planning a yacht booking in Singapore, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We chartered the Maldives 40 Yacht with Captain Hezekiah while we had family visiting, and it was such an incredible experience. They were so helpful and welcoming, and made it feel so luxurious for us. Thank you for creating such a wonderful lasting memory, highly recommend this company!
